My experience with Grayfox Swimming Pools
Coming soon...

Every construction project has its issues, and everybody makes mistakes - how a business addresses these is what defines them.

If you are fortunate enough to be in the position to consider having your own swimming pool, then you have probably worked damn hard to get there. If you are anything like me, you have perhaps worked for years, putting in ridiculous hours, sacrificing the majority of a social life, in order to reach your goals. In which case, your primary objective for wanting a pool could be the lure of a tranquil haven where you can relax, unwind and feel the stresses of work slip away.

I embarked on this very journey back in 2018, and now, in 2021, I would like to share that experience.

I've built businesses that have failed, and I've built businesses that have been hugely successful. My approach is one of simple common sense mixed with hard graft, an excessively keen eye for detail, and an obsession for customer service.

In a world where customer reviews are so quickly and easily shared, it amazes me how many small businesses still fail to get the basics of customer care right. When they do get it right, and consistently, although success isn't guaranteed, profit and growth are both likely and well-deserved. On the flip side, those that put their bottom lines before their clients are in for an unrewarding and uninspiring business journey - one full of missed opportunity and disgruntled employees.

I very rarely write reviews on other businesses, but sometimes I have an experience that is either so amazingly good, or so terribly bad, I feel it's worth spending a little time to share my thoughts.
